Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition, unused, and free from any damage.
- In its original packaging, including any manuals, parts, and accessories.
- Purchased directly from Clatina or an authorized retailer.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us at contact@clatina.net to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item, and we will make it right.
Final Sale Items
Certain items, such as custom orders or clearance products, may be marked as Final Sale. These items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of defect or damage during shipping.
