Orders and Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after confirmation of payment. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can stay updated on the status of your delivery.

  2. Enter your name, email address, and create a password.
  3. Click Create Account to complete the process. Once you have an account, you’ll be able to save your information for faster checkout, track orders, and receive exclusive offers!

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@clatina.net. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to update your address. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Simply click the link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to see real-time updates on the status of your delivery.

We strive to package your order efficiently, and most items will arrive in a single package. However, if your order includes multiple products or is large in size, it may be shipped in multiple packages. You’ll receive tracking information for each package so you can track them individually.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. If your item qualifies for a return, please contact us at contact@clatina.net to initiate the process. We will guide you through the steps, including how to return the item and how to receive your refund.

We apologize for the mix-up! If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@clatina.net with your order number and details about the item you received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and take care of any necessary returns.

We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please contact our customer support team at contact@clatina.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging, so we can resolve the issue quickly. We will either send you a replacement or process a refund, depending on your preference.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions, including the return address. Please ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid any damage during transit. The return address will be provided in your authorization email.

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for items that are sold out. However, we’re always restocking our inventory!
